Well, if you've got a TV card for your computer with video in, that could work, or you could get a VGA converter. The best one (and a bit expensive) is the X-RGB 2. Game Station X (http://www.gamesx.com) has a good review explaining this thing. (Enter the main page, the link to the review is right on the left) You can order the X-RGB 2 from NCS (http://www.ncsx.com), which is a great place for import gaming, I've never had problems with them. A cheaper route would be an upscan converter like the V-Box VGA converter (Express.com used to sell them, I don't know if they still do. You can snag them on eBay frequently) but something like an NES is going to look pretty trashy run through one of those.

I have an XRGB on order from NCS, when I get it, if anyones interested, I'll post my thoughts.

Running those systems on an arcade monitor would be easier than a VGA monitor, and you might be able to build your own converter. I think Game Station X has more info on that stuff, and I'm sure someone around here could help.
